Mid-19th century records pertaining to the formation and regulation of the villages and towns in Westchester County (now part of Bronx County) including the Towns Eastchester, Kingsbridge, and Morrisania and the Villages of Eastchester, South Mount Vernon, Wakefield, and Williamsbridge. There are also records from the Town of Westchester dating back to 1665.

Bronx

The records chronicle the original villages and towns of Kings County, New York, circa 1630-1943. It includes original, copy, and transcribed material.

Brooklyn

Includes financial records, town meeting minutes, school district records, license books, and records from boards of trustees, improvement, health, and education, among others dating from the 17th century to 1900.
